Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: we do not accept returns for change of mind. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
